Kristie's Quilts and Crafts logo

I do some work for the Home Machine Quilting Show and as part of it, get asked to do random logos for small quilting shops (if you ask me, it's quite the deal, since logo design is REALLY expensive and I do it for my cheap freelance rate for them!) I can't believe these places really don't have logos! Who doesn't have a logo!? Seriously. Well, I guess it's good they don't- it keeps me in business. :)

This logo was for one of their sponsors who was "logo-less." I thought it turned out kinda fun and they were really happy with it- so that's always a plus!

Kristin and RJ Announcement

I didn't have much to go off of this one at first. She just told me Western, and black and red. Later she sent me an announcement she saw that she liked, which helped a lot. Here's what I came up with. I really love the text on the right- turned out so fun!

Kayla and Kevin

Here is the announcement I did for my cousin Kayla and her fiancee Kevin. I thought they turned out pretty cute with the color scheme they gave me.

Mike and Emily Announcement

This one was for my sister-in-law and her fiance. They were originally going to tie a ribbon on the left side, but ended up not doing so. They wanted something simple, so that's what they got. Joey actually did the little tree for me and they really loved it.

Sydnie Baby Announcement

I didn't want to post this when I first finished it, because I knew my cousin hadn't sent them out yet and wanted to give her time to send them before I stole all the thunder. I am still not sure if she mailed them out, but that's ok. I thought I'd post it anyways. What a cute little baby, huh!? I'm gonna have to start thinking more "girl oriented" since my next announcement will probably be for my littl girl. :)

Jacen and Irma Announcement

This one was done for my brother-in-law and his fiance from Peru. When she came over, she didn't speak much English, so I ended up just working with my MIL to do it. All I was told was that she liked purple and that her middle name was Violeta (not sure if she really liked purple or if my MIL just said that cause her middle name meant "purple") Oh well. it was a fun one to do as well.
